This tidy little number is just on the upper fringes of Hong Kong's Central business district and is a genuine authentic cuisine classical masterpiece. The Mozart Stub'n, with it's freshly revamped venue could not return soon enough for it's loyal band of hardened regulars who have remained addicted to Hong Kong's only truly authentic Austrian cuisine fine dining restaurant, according to Georg Mechtler a previously frequent Austrian diner and chamber of commerce director.

About Mozart Stub'n
Mozart Stub'n continues with a tradition that dates back to 1984 when it first opened its doors to an extremely enthusiastic and relieved community of appreciative diners. Walter's inspiration for this exotic outlet grew from a desire to expose diners to an all-in-one artistic gastronomical experience that blends good food, wine, music and fine artistic visuals in to an expertly produced and expressive performance all in a very well appointed comfortable and intimate restaurant.

Cuisine Specialties and The Main Event
Mozart 's Kitchen is under the direct supervision of the executive chef, chosen especially for his renowned experience, not only with international cuisines, but with the advanced skills required to adorn tables with authentic Austrian dishes that are worthy of some of highest accolades of the Austrian and German communities.

The menu is comprehensive but not overly exhaustive as each dish has been expertly and carefully chosen so it can be developed to the peak of perfection, this is genuine Authentic Austrian definition true to its roots.

Tiroler Speck Cured Ham imported directly from Austria, the slightly spiced Goulash Beef Soup, Wiener Schnitzel, Traditional cheese fondue, Calf liver with braised apple is just a teaser of what awaits discerning diners who are certain to return for an encore.
